TWIN ACRES CAMPGROUND 2011 SEASON ACTIVITIES
FREE all you can eat Pancake Breakfast on the following dates:
May 8 & 29 June 12& 26, July 3 & 24, Aug 21,
Sept 4 & 18 Oct 9 & 23 .
Pancakes and coffee will be provided, please bring your table service and syrup.
April 29 & 30 opening 2 days early if weather permits
May 1 ………………..2011 OPENING DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WELCOME ALL CAMPERS
May 28-30 MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (3 day minimum stay for overnight campers)
Scheduled activities to include: Kids Candy bar Bingo, Scavenger Hunt, Corn hole Tournament,
Hot Wheels Race, WII Bowling Tournament.
June 11-12 CARNIVAL WEEKEND
All games and treats for an old fashioned day carnival. Carnival will run from 11-2pm.V
A SPECIAL GUEST FOR THE DUNK TANK
June 25-26 14TH ANNUAL CAR AND TRACTOR SHOW
NO COST TO ENTER SHOW………………………..
BRING YOUR CLASSIC/ANTIQUE/MODIFIED CAR OR TRACTOR, AND
RECEIVE ONE FREE NIGHT OF CAMPING WHEN ONE IS PURCHASED. TO
BE USED THIS WEEKEND ONLY. FOOD, DRINKS AND DOOR PRIZES AS WELL AS DASH PLAQUES AND
TROPHIES
July 2-4 JULY 4TH WEEKEND
Scheduled activities to include: Decorated Bike/Golf cart/Stroller Parade, Golf cart obstacle course race, old
fashioned games and events. A ICECREAM SOCIAL………….AND MORE
July 23-24 CHRISTMAS IN JULY
Santa brings gifts for all Kids, Christmas Craft for Kids and a Christmas Dinner Potluck. Best Decorated Site
Contest. Picture w/Santa and Child offered.
Aug 6 – 7 TEEN WEEKENDAND FUN FOR ALL AGES.
TEEN party and Sleep Over in Clubhouse.
Aug 20 & 21 EASTER IN AUGUST WEEKEND
Easter Related Activities, to include: Egg Coloring, Egg Games, Egg Hunt and Easter Dinner Potluck.
Sept 3-5 LABOR DAY WEEKEND
Annual Flea Market & Craft Sale (new this year to include Venders)
Hot Wheels Race and Candy bar Bingo for Kids and Letter Scramble with a $100.00 prize (WOW).
Sept 17 & 18 LUAU
Sand games, volleyball tournament, and dinner at the pond
Oct 8 & 9 FAREWELL BONEFIRE WEEKEND
Oct 23 & 24 HALLOWEEN WEEKEND BASH
BOOK EARLY, THIS ONE FILLS UP FAST!
Activities to include: Halloween party, Costume Contest, trick-or-treating, chili & bean soup supper, Haunted House
and Pumpkin and Site Decorating Contest.
Every weekend we have bingo, and hayrides (weather permitting).
WE ALSO WILL BE SCHEDULING THINGS LIKE BAKE SALES, RAFFLES, HORSESHOES,
WE HAVE GAME SYSTEMS AND CORNHOLE EQUIPMENT AND DARTBALL EQUIPMENT FOR YOU TO USE WITH
SOME RESTRICTIONS.
